Look at that pumpkin with all the warts on it! Ick! I'm not sure why anyone would pick that kind of pumpkin - you can't paint it, and I'd imagine it would be difficult to carve. I guess its just kind of scary on its own!

Pumpkin Patch 2010
On Saturday, we took the kids to the "pumpkin patch." Really, we were spoiled in Texas, where we were able to go to a huge pumpkin patch that all kinds of fun stuff for the kids to do, where it was a whole day event. The 'pumpkin patch' we went to here this weekend was just at the church near the kids' school. They had a bunch of pumpkins set out on the lawn on pallets. We were there for about 10 minutes. But the kids were cute, and we got some pumpkins, so it was a successful outing.
