On Saturday, we celebrated Great-grandma O'brien's 93rd birthday! Uncle Jim and Aunt Lucy, Crissy, and Aunt Wendy and Uncle Gary all came over. And Hayden was still here after spending the weekend here. The kids were all excited about Great-grandma's birthday. When I told Jillian that great-grandma was going to be 93, her eyes got all wide, and she said, "whoa."
Jillian had never met Rick's cousin Crissy before. The last time we saw her was the Christmas before Jillian was born. But they are now best friends. Well, according to Jillian anyway. Jillian helped Crissy do some stuff outside, and Crissy told her that she could have a reward - a necklace. So they came inside, and Crissy pulled out bags and bags of jewelry, and let Jillian have a necklace. Before they were through, though, Jillian had a necklace, a ring, and at least three bracelets! She was in heaven!
After awhile, we noticed Jillian getting hives on her belly, so we gave her some Benadryl. Between the medicine and not having a nap, she passed out. While she was sleeping, I took this picture of my little jewelry-wearing princess!
