The kids had fun at the airport watching the airplanes taxi up to the gate. This was in Houston, where we had a short layover.
We got to Florida pretty late on Saturday night, so we stayed in Orlando that night. On Sunday, we headed to Winter Haven to see the Putney family. Grandma Linda, Aunt Cathy, Uncle Don, Grandpa Mat and Grandma Cindy, and cousin Morgan all came to see us from Lake Placid. Great-Grandma Putney (or Gigi) and Papa were there, and so were Uncle Charlie and Aunt Stacey, Aunt Mary and Uncle Steve, and Tori, Katie and Lynsey. It was so great to see everyone.

Aunt Cathy brought all kinds of art supplies. She had crayons, markers, stickers and Aunt Mary brought all kinds of colored paper. The kids (including Aunt Cathy) spent all afternoon making cards and pictures for everyone. They had a blast!
Grandpa Mat brought candy for the kids, so he made instant friends!

Jillian gave Uncle Charlie a sticker to put on his shirt. He wore it proudly all afternoon.
Neither kid took a nap while we were in Winter Haven, so they got pretty tired. Jillian hung out with Grandma Linda for a little while, and then rested on her shoulder. Morgan and grandma sang songs to her.
That evening, Rick and the kids went back to Orlando, and I went off to Tampa. Rick and the kids did all kinds of fun things with Grandma and Grandpa Barber while they were there.
