Christmas with Friends

Our neighbors and us planned a Christmas celebration a few days before Christmas. The kids exchanged names, and we planned to eat dinner and make Christmas cookies for the kids to decorate. Rick called me when I was on my way home from work and told me that Jake had done something to his hair. He kept saying it looked worse in pictures than it was in real life, and that he could fix it by shaving his head. I did not want Jake's head shaved, so I was worried. He told me that Jake got ahold of some scissors and made some cuts. When I got home, this is what I found:
