Potty Training

I think it is safe to say that Jake is officially Potty Trained! He started a while ago, but he was still having accidents at least every other day. But then one day, he told me he had to go poop, and we went in the bathroom and he went, and he never looked back. It was like that day it just clicked for him. Once he started straying dry all day at school, we told him if he could stay dry for ten days (2 weeks of school), we'd buy him a new train for his tracks. He was so excited, and he stayed dry, so we went shopping for his new train!

He doesn't even wear pull-ups at nap time anymore, and probably 90% of the time, he wakes up dry in the morning, so I'm thinking we just won't buy any more pull-ups after we run out. Jillie still slept in a pull-up until only about 5 or 6 months before her 4th birthday, so it'd be great if Jake could beat her on that! She was day trained (WAY) earlier than her, but he's gonna be night trained well before she was.

Anyway, we're so proud of Jake and happy to be done with the diaper/pull-up phase in our life!
